Here are some of my groups sketches after our first brainstorming session:

For desserts, we thought about making giant ice-cream sculptures because ice-creams are pretty versatile. The cones can be of different shape and sizes, there could be different type of ice creams and scoops and we can play with a whole array of colours!
The idea was a huge rainbow cake, except the colours will come from the fake fruits. Like mangoes for orange, banana for yellow etc.
For the carnival theme, we only came up with one idea. Which is a pool with multicolored ducks with a battery powered lights under the pool to light it up. Fine, we admit, that it sounded much cooler in our heads.
In the end, the chosen theme is... Carnival! So no nomnomnom :(
But it's still exciting because this project is meant to be large scaled and I love creating stuff so I can't wait to get started. Plus we already thought of a couple of ways to spice up our pool. So stay tune!
