Took a trip to Daiso today to get a few items to put my monogram on. I ended up buying this saucer because it would be perfect to water my plants with later on.
My table during the process:
It was very difficult to stencil my monogram onto glass, especially a curved one, using the normal way. So instead if cutting my pattern onto a piece of paper and then sticking it on the saucer, I cut the pattern off so masking tape and then stick the masking tape onto the saucer as shown in the pictures below.
After painting over it:
A bit messy but it worked!
Took my lecturer's advise to use nail polish to tidy up the paint on the glass.
Voila! I ended up removing the whole design because I didn't like the way it was placed and moved it to the center instead.
I repeated the process for this small bowl as well.
